At 5% Nutrition, we want you to look and feel your best in our gear. If your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
